This must be our favourite vegetarian Pizza, courgettes, fresh tomato & red onion topped with pesto.
200g Pizza Dough
50g Garlic Butter
4 Fresh Vine Tomatoes
5 Sliced Courgette
1/4 Red Onion

Place a small amount of garlic butter onto the middle of your pizza and use the back of your spoon to spread the sauce, whilst allowing an inch or so to form a crust.
Add 5 or so thin slices of courgette (use a potato peeler), then add chopped vine tomatoes and diced red onion.
Cook in your Woody Oven for 60-90 seconds until base is cooked and crust has formed, risen and darkened.
Finish with fresh basil and pesto.
Ensure that you have sliced your courgette as thinly as possible.
