200g Pizza Dough
60g Fior Di Latte
80g Mixed Mushrooms
Fresh Parsley
Truffle Oil

Tare fior de latte and place evenly over your base, douse with a good serving of truffle oil and tare some parsley and sprinkle.
Cook in your Woody Oven for 60-90 seconds until base is cooked and crust has formed, risen and darkened.
Fishing with more truffle oil and sea salt if required.
Be cautious with the truffle oil, it's a powerful taste and can be over bearing if used excessively.
