If you order prior to 3pm your order will be dispatched the same working day. You will receive shipping confirmation once your order is ready to ship, and normally, your order will be with you the next day if you're based in the UK or inside 5 days to most other destinations.

• US FREE SHIPPING - All Orders over: $99
• US SHIPPING - All Orders under: $99
• FREE RETURNS - If you changed your mind, never used your Woody Oven, or you have an issue; you can return your Woody anytime inside 30 days - We will even arrange collection.

• Delivery times may vary in the run up to holiday periods and during summer seasons. All orders are dispatched on a first come, first serve basis.

During times of high demand and ongoing challenges in the courier network, delivery may take longer (up to 5 days) If for any reason we are out of stock or experiencing delays we will notify you via the product page, prior to ordering. In the event of delays we will provide a predicted date of delivery. If you have not received a tracking link via email for your order within 7 days of placing the order, please contact us and we’ll check the order’s status for you. You can contact us via various methods (email, phone or live chat), a member of our team will respond as quickly as possible. If after receiving your tracking link, you have not received your order within a further 7 days, please contact us, as there may be issues with shipping providers, the quicker we are aware, the quicker we can get this rectified. Despite any delay please be assured that we will get your order to you in the fastest possible way.
