An epic combination of flavours that will not disappoint!
200g Pizza Dough
30g Goats Cheese
4 Sun Dried Tomatoes
5 Pre-boiled Asparagus

Place a small amount of tomato passata onto the middle of your pizza and use the back of your spoon to spread the sauce, whilst allowing an inch or so to form a crust.
Add your mozzarella cheese.
Cook in your Woody Oven for 60-90 seconds until base is cooked and crust has formed, risen and darkened.
Add the Asparagus, Goats Cheese and Sun-Dried Tomato, Finish with some extra virgin olive oil.
