Warranty claims are extremely rare as our products are built to last, however in the unfortunate event that you encounter a problem, please dont hesitate to get in touch.

Warranty Details
- We will replace any defective parts for 3 years. Our warranty will support all claims encountered under normal usage and maintenance. If a defective part is causing you a hinderance or concern, don't hesitate to get in touch! we will rectify this immediately.
- To make a claim on your warranty reach out through the contact and support section of our website, through email correspondance, please provide your name, proof of purchase and photographs of the issues.
- If you are having difficulty using your oven, view our guides to trouble shoot how you are going wrong or areas / techniques you could improve. If the problems persist get in touch and a member of our team will guide you accordingly, and hopefully you'll be on track to cooking delicious food!
- You can not register older versions of the Woody Oven or pizza ovens manufactured by other brands. Your Woody Oven warranty becomes effective from the date of delivery and/or registration if you purchased from another website or stockist.
