- To make a claim on your warranty reach out through the contact and support section of our website, through email correspondence, please provide your name, proof of purchase and photographs of the issues.
- If you are having difficulty using your oven, view our guides to trouble shoot how you are going wrong or areas / techniques you could improve. If the problems persist get in touch and a member of our team will guide you accordingly, and hopefully you'll be on track to cooking delicious food!
- You can not register older versions of the Woody Oven or pizza ovens manufactured by other brands. Your Woody Oven warranty becomes effective from the date of delivery and/or registration if you purchased from another website or stockist.
