Neapolitan Pizza Dough:

Uses a traditional recipe consisting of double 00 pizza flour, water, salt & fresh yeast. Creates perfect airy crusts, a light taste that allows your toppings to shine.

Sourdough Pizza Dough:

Uses the same ingredients as Neapolitan however, it uses a sourdough starter (hence the name) Sourdough has a deeper, more complex flavour and is a little more chewy.

Remove the dough from the vacuum-sealed sheet and place it into a proving tray.

Allow the dough to defrost in the fridge for approximately 24 hours.

After refrigeration, let the dough rest at room temperature (around 20 degrees Celsius) for a couple of hours before use.

This step is crucial to make the dough more pliable and easier to stretch.

Remember that all dough balls should be used within 2 months of delivery if refrozen immediately upon delivery. Although they might endure longer, the risk of freezer burn increases.
