1 x Caputo Semola Rimacinata, a double milled semolina with calibrated grain size and increased elasticity, ideal for fresh pasta and durum wheat bread, semolina is the perfect flour for dusting your peel and stretching pizza dough.

1 x Caputo Dry Yeast, Obtained exclusively from Italian molasses and it is ideal for creating pizza dough. Caputo dry yeast is also recommended for gluten-free recipes. It’s easy to use and thanks to its high fermentative power it keeps well, lasts longer, and prevents waste. This Caputo Italian dried yeast allows you to use 1/3 of the amount compared to fresh yeast.
